libgeda42 software package provides GPL EDA -- Electronics design software (library files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeda42
libgeda42 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeda42 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeda42 *
You will get with libgeda42 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
